mylaurea

Terms of Service

Effective: September 22, 2026

Who provides the service

MyLaurea is provided by Look It Up 4 Me, Inc., a California corporation ("we" or "us"). These terms apply to organizations and their authorized users who use MyLaurea to issue and manage digital credentials. The person purchasing a plan confirms that they are an adult authorized to act for the organization and to agree to these terms on its behalf.

Plans and payment

The features, limits, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Your paid access starts only when payment succeeds and MyLaurea records the resulting entitlement. Payment does not verify an issuer or guarantee that any credential will be accepted by a third party.

Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from your MyLaurea Account page. If the portal cannot complete a cancellation while a plan change is scheduled, request cancellation through our support page; we will honor the request for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; paid features remain available until then, subject to these terms. An upgrade or downgrade may have different timing and charges, which Stripe shows for your review before you confirm it. A scheduled downgrade does not reduce your current plan's allowances before its effective date.

Event Pass is a one-time purchase for one event, with up to 500 credentials and two workspace managers for that event. It lasts 365 days from successful payment and does not renew. It is not a subscription and does not replace an existing Pro or Business subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation of an Event Pass and a full refund through our support page within seven days of purchase, provided the event has not begun and MyLaurea has not issued any credentials for that event. A request meeting those conditions receives a full refund. Once the event has begun or any credentials have been issued for it, the Event Pass is non-refundable. When we issue a refund, we withdraw the unused Event Pass allowance for future actions. A payment refund and the withdrawal of platform access are separate steps and may not appear simultaneously.

You may cancel a Pro or Business subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or, if the portal cannot complete a scheduled-plan cancellation, through support. Subscription payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partly used billing period. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit for a billing error, duplicate charge, or material service failure. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by law.

Changes, nonpayment, and ending access

We may change plan features or prices for future purchases or renewals. We will give notice of a material change before it takes effect and obtain consent when required by law. You may cancel a subscription before the changed renewal takes effect. We may suspend new paid actions if payment fails, a plan ends, or the service is misused, and may terminate access for a material violation of these terms. Contact support if you believe a billing or access decision is incorrect.

Credentials and responsible use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials your organization issues and for ensuring you have permission to use recipient information. Do not issue fraudulent credentials or access another organization's account or data. Credentials already issued remain in the record when a paid plan or Event Pass ends; ending paid access only restricts future actions. An issued credential can still be corrected or revoked under the platform's separate credential and issuer-trust processes. A public verification page reports the stored credential status and issuer status; it is not an endorsement of the achievement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies this version. We will give notice before a material change takes effect. For billing, refund, legal, or support questions, use our support page.
